The Stoneacre Pantry restaurant at 515 Thames St in Newport was featured on the cover of the March/April 2014 issue of Newport Life magazine for being "green". The article speaks of the warm interior of the open dining area and kitchen and calls out the use of salvaged materials such as the revitalized copper bar top and butcher block tables The kitchen is also designed to use as little energy as possible. MH Architect worked with the clients to create a "French bistro" inspired atmosphere for the interior design.
