“I contracted with MH Architect to design five apartment units in an existing 1895 Victorian in Portsmouth, RI. They patiently designed several scenarios until we arrived at a final plan. Designs included exterior elevations, interior layouts, and kitchen designs. The plans were designed to meet the RI Historic Preservation Commission guidelines. They have prior experience from larger architectural firms, but offer the individual attention of a small firm. They met all deadlines and came in on budget. Very reasonably priced and Melissa is an absolute joy to work with!”
